I like the team good balance with Rogers, Blount, Nicks and Charles. Nice upside with Manningham and Dez as well.

I would drop one of my kickers if I was you and try to land a sleeper like Ringer or another WR. No reason to carry 2 kickers you can always find a kicker to plug in for a bye week.
