We have been without TV for two and a half years now and the tranquility and peace and quiet is wonderful. I sometimes think it would be nice to be able to watch the games on TV instead of online streaming but then I think about all the crap that is on and if we had it, it would probably be on much of the time. I wouldn't mind that much if it had earphones with it so no one else would have to listen to it.
To me the sound of TV dialog, loud music, explosions arguing, fighting and commercials are unwelcome intrusions into my personal tranquility.
Outside of an occasional football game I don't miss it at all. We can afford to buy a new TV and sign up for some kind of satellite but we just don't want it.
I might eventually get one for documentaries, etc. but I'm in no hurry.

I don't really watch any series. The only thing I liked came on TruTV which I don't get any more, which was Forensic Files and Masterminds. I think Masterminds doesn't get any new episodes though.

Franklin & Bash - a great court damedy
And I would like to start watching Royal Pains, White Collar, and Burn Notice on a regular basis. I've seen a few episodes for each, but I'm behind. I gotta get the DVDs to catch up first.

Funny how many times "Walking Dead" has been listed... Lot's of us zombie fans I guess.
Also aired 6 episodes, hard to lose fans in 6 episodes. We'll see after next seasons 13 episode season, where they will have to drag out the stories a little.

Oh no question.
I thought the first episode, the 90-minute one, was outstanding. One of the best initial episodes for any series I've seen in a long time.

Agreed... very captivating. I thought the first four installments were excellent...

My son watches that but I'm not a fan. I didn't mind so much when it was Rob & Big but he is getting annoying. I saw the other day an ad for a new show with him that is like Tosh.O. The only problem with that is he isn't at all funny like Daniel Tosh.

Yeah, I doubt I will be tuning into that one. Big just came back to FF last season and absolutely made that show better imo.
