The Jets had the most efficient run-blocking offensive line in football last year. No surprise that they rely on it, heavily, and keep their passing attack as simple as their running game. They do throw on first down, but use the run threat to work play action down the field.
They have a tall receivers and tight end package and like to work three man routes up the field much of the time. The talent is well known, but expected performances are not, because many of the Jets wideouts and Cowboys corners and back seven players have had Jeckyl-and-Hyde like extremes to their games recently.
