He's from Queens, Newyork. East coast guy. Parcells has go to be licking his chops if his release wasn't play related. :D
Sorry for not giving more info earlier. I was just thinking what joesseephus said, the whole d-line of former Saints!

Seriously, Norman had his best years playing alongside Glover. If he's still available during training camp and guys like Willie Blade and Shaun Smith don't come around he could be solid veteran depth behind Ferguson and Carson.

5 years ago, I would have been OK with this. At this point, I don't think Hand can be of much help. In the last two seasons, he's had a total of 25 tackles and 2 sacks. I think his best years are behind him.
I want all Saints! I want Bellamy the safety, all former DL members of the Aints as well!

It couldn't hurt. If Bill was willing to bring on Eaton last year and then re-sign Blade for his 3rd stint as a Cowboy, then he should be at least willing to take a look see at Hand.
