Need a little tech support so I can do some tech support.
Is it possible to send a link via email to someone using LogMeIn.com and get temporary access to their pc to do some tech support. I just opened an account with LMI.com and I am not totally versed on it's capabilities.
Truth is I am trying to coach my elderly mom in Florida to install LMI software on my PC there so I can access my pc from my laptop in Dallas. She couldn't pull off the installation so I need to somehow have temp access to set it up.
Gotomypc.com is not an option.
In all simplicity, I need FREE temp access to my PC in Fl. form TX. Any and all options are welcome. :D
