That was awesome! This is one thing I was curious about Garrett: How does he interact with the players in spontaneous moments like this? We all know Jimmy was great at it and while I don't think Garrett is on Jimmy's level, he comes across as damn good to me. I figured he'd be more dry, monotone and technical like say Belichick (obviously not a bad thing either), it's good to see the team has both a technical and emotional coach

Watch the obviously crying Holley kneeling right next to Garett. I'm guessing maybe Garrett just finished giving him a gameball? He's so emotional he just breaks down and collapses to the floor and disappears from the frame. You're literally watching the best day of a person's life.
