IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys (http://espn.go.com/nfl/team/_/name/dal/dallas-cowboys) received a hint of good news regarding the status of Tony Romo (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/5209/tony-romo)'s ribs when a CT scan on Monday revealed only one fracture, according to sources.
The team was unable to get a clean X-ray during Sunday's game at San Francisco's Candlestick Park, which required the CT scan to rule out a second fracture. On Monday, Romo said the pain level was the same as it was during the game.
