Tony Romo stops short of declaring he will play Monday night.
But armed with the knowledge that his punctured lung has healed, the Cowboys quarterback emphasized again that he intends to play in the team's home opener against Washington.
"We'll talk as we move forward, but if it's just about the pain side of it, I think we'll be good to go,'' Romo said. "But we'll have to determine that as it gets closer.
