Romo limited in practice but expected to start vs. Redskins

IRVING -- Quarterback Tony Romo took the next step Saturday toward playing in the Cowboys' home opener Monday night against Washington by practicing for the first time all week.
Romo was limited, but he moved around well and passed the football more than he had all week while leading the first-team offense.
Romo fractured a rib and suffered a punctured lung on the third play of last Sunday's win at San Francisco. The small hole in his lung has healed, but he'll battle the pain from the broken rib for the next few weeks.
