IRVING -- Terence Newman is expected to be back on the field this week and that is a welcomed development for a secondary that has featured a patchwork lineup over the last couple of weeks.
The timing really couldn't be any better for Newman's return. He has experienced incredible success against the Redskins, collecting nine interceptions in 15 games against Washington.
