Texans waived RB Steve Slaton.

The poster boy for valuing stats over talent in Dynasty leagues, Slaton was always best suited for a passing-down role. His neck surgery, an inability to hang on to the ball, and the acquisition of more talented backs also played a role in his banishment. The Houston Chronicle's

If the Texans couldn't get anything for Slaton, it's doubtful we'll get anything for Choice.

I sure don't

of course I did not have him making the 53

its time to let Tanner out there and lets see what he can do

Maybe we should see what Tanner can do BEFORE we cut Choice

Slaton killed it as a rookie, was a beast for me in fantasy with something like 1200 yards. But you can't trust him to hold onto the ball, which is the least thing we need. Someone will have a role for him tho I would think.

If I see one more person say something along the lines of "he did great for me in fantasy as a rookie" or "I hope Calvin Johnson/Santana Moss gets a TD but we still win b/c I have them on my fantasy team" again I'm going to seriously flip my lid.

Not trying to call you out man, because several do it, it's just super annoying.

No, no, no. That's not how it works. The next guy is ALWAYS better.

I wouldn't be surprised if Tanner is active this week and Choice is inactive. It is going to happen sooner or later.

If we cut Tashard Choice how will we replace his 1.0 YPC?
