Put him in the booth calling plays and let Garrett be the Head Coach. Last time he called the plays, we went 13-3.

With Garrett, he has still yet to learn situational play calling.

Tony Sparano should hope he doesn't wake up tomorrow morning with a dolphin's head in his bed.

Yeah , it worked in the past but I'm concerned JG would never allow anyone to take play calling from him. Id like to see a true Oc hete though. Regardless of who calls plays.

He would allow Jerry to take it away from him and give it to Sparano, IMO. He still has final authority on the play run. I just think this is what the team needs. And Sparano is a plug and play - he knows the system.

Garrett may be spreading himself too thin. Agree. OC. a good idea.

Yeah he can still be the final authority on which play is called, but I bet his mind would free up a lot with Sparano calling in the play. He learned under Sparano so it's a great fit.

If Sparano was let go, I'd be interested in bringing him for some kind of role on the team.
