Running back Felix Jones sprained his ankle, which will keep him out at least one game and likely longer.

Jerry Jones said he is “concerned” about his starting running back’s availability for the short term. It is a high-ankle sprain, the same injury that kept cornerback Orlando Scandrick out three games.

I'm no doctor, but high ankle sprains usually result in 3-6 missed games.

Called it the second I saw him grab for it. One game would be nothing short of a miracle. We've been down this road too many times with this particular injury....I'd be shocked if we saw him back in 4 weeks.

Just seeing Felix on the sideline the injury did not look that bad. I know the rule of thumb of on high ankle is 3 to 6 weeks but given how Felix was moving around I would hope it will not be that long. Meantime, I saw some good things out of Murray

I would guess he'll miss at least 3 with a high ankle sprain. This particular injury seems like it lingers on players so I would guess, as a runningback, he's out for at least 3 games.
