Linebacker Bruce Carter has been on PUP since the start of the season because of a torn anterior cruciate ligament he suffered last year at North Carolina.

are we activating him on the 53? or are we signing a lineman to replace harris? Or are we bringing someone up from PS?

The Cowboys will have three weeks to practice him before making a decision to activate him to the active roster.
