Cowboys defensive coordinator Rob Ryan said he’s sick of losing and his unit needs to finish games

Cowboys defensive coordinator Rob Ryan is still chaffed by last Sunday's loss to the Patriots when his defense squandered a strong overall outing against Pro Bowl quarterback Tom Brady by giving up a game-winning touchdown drive in the last two minutes.

But he's ready to move forward against the Rams on Sunday and says the Cowboys just having to do a better job finishing games...

I like it.
It's really gonna suck if Jerry can't get him to hang out at least one more year & he gets a head coach gig. He brings the swag.

I don't see Rob Ryan getting head coaching offers.
1. Rex is showing some chinks...ny going down hill
2. Rob is merely getting highly rated defenders and lots of top draft picks to play up to expectations.
3. Being a very good coordinator doesn't mean you're ready to be HC.
4. It's not like he helped turn losing teams around in other stints.

Rob is what he is...a fine DC...but I think those who think he could be 1 and done in Dallas are overestimating his potential, and anyone who thinks Jerry would swap out JG for RR are absolutely delusional...Rob isn't going anywhere anytime soon,IMO.

this and isn't fisher and bill cowher might be looking for a head coaching job next year?

Heck maybe even dom capers(if he gets GB defense turned around). But he was great in GB last year and he didn't get no head coaching job offers during the offseason I think.
