New York Jets coach Rex Ryan has already declared _ and apologized for saying _ if San Diego had hired him in 2007 instead of Norv Turner he, "would have had a couple of rings'' by now.
Ryan's brother Rob wants everyone to know how those comments came about.
"I'm glad you asked that question,'' the Cowboys defensive coordinator said. "I've been waiting for that answer.
