The Buffalo Bills are heading into a stretch of their schedule that could tell them, and the rest of the NFL, whether they really are on their way to ending an 11-year playoff drought.
Sunday's game against the Cowboys starts a three-game road stretch that also takes them to Miami next week and MetLife Stadium in New York for a rematch against the Jets, the same Jets team that just last week handed Buffalo its most disheartening loss of the season.
The Bills are 1-2 on the road, with a Week 1 victory at Kansas City and losses at Cincinnati and the New York Giants. They won a road game of sorts two weeks ago in Toronto against the Washington Redskins, but that was technically a home game.
