As things stand in the NFL right now, Dallas holds the 17th pick in the Draft. Now, obviously a lot of stuff has to play out, and this is in no way set in stone. I am just doing what I do every year and starting to inform you where our Draft status lies. The seedings change by playoff berths and other factors anyway.

This is just where we are on merit right now.

Cordy Gleen, yuck.
I like Still but if we got OG in the 1st then it better be for DeCastro and Barrett Jones.

When's the last time a guard went top 10?

I don't think it will happen.

He'll be lucky to go top 15.

Bummer. Even if he goes at #17, if the Cowboys have the 28th pick, then it would take #28 (1st) and #60 (2nd) to move up to #17.:banghead:

Who is the next best OG in the draft?

Arkin still has a chance to do something so don't forget about that guy.

An offseason is going to serve him well.

Im liking Mike Brewster-Center-Ohio State.

He's a quality prospect imo.

Brewster looks like a 2nd rounder, but probably higher than the Boys 2nd round pick.

Yeah, I doubt 3 interior linemen go in round 1 (DeCastro, Konz and Brewster). But I still think he goes in the top half of round 2.

and possibly not, most interior OL do not go top ten, the great ones usually go 13-20.

Barrett JOnes if he declares, then Kevin Zeitler in the 2nd is a great fall back plan B.

if Dallas is picking 16-19 and DeCastro s gone, then the best thing to do may be to trade into the back and get an extra 2nd or 3rd.
If we miss DeCastro but some how still get Zeitler and Brewster along with a DE or OLB that can start, I woul dcall that a good draft.

I wouldn't trade down and pick a linemen. There really isn't a lot that typically seperates guards and centers after you get past the elite prospects.

DeCastro and Konz will go fairly early, if we miss out on those 2, but Brewster is available, I'd still take him.

If not, and Devon Still is gone, then I would likely trade down and target another position.

Yeah I just see a lot of upside with Brewster but he's lacking in the strength department right now.

I see DeCastro going in the 15-25 range of the 1st round.

Arkin is such a wildcard. They were talking about him on the Lunch Break the other day. I think we all assume that he needs an offseason in the weightroom, but I think he must have really struggled with the mental part of the game.

Hopefully, it's just a matter of more seasoning in the offense.

Perfect range for DeCastro.

And if anyone wants him top 10 be my guest.

I'll take Jones or Zeitler later and be ecstatic.

No thank for the fat guard from UGA.

Where do most mocks have Quinton Coples going?

He'll be lucky to go top 15.Chris Naoele in 1997.
