It's performance art. That warm bottle filled with liquid is a symbolic visual for Philip Rivers' performance in that game.

Why not just put a porta-pottie out there.

Dress it up if you must but watching a guy squat into a corner is just ridiculous.

And he's a kicker. Either find time between the 6 plays per game you're on the field or hold it.

I saw it live and was surprised that Novak's private event was shown for as long as it was. It must have been a funny conversation "back in the truck" as everybody there finally realized what was going on.

Pretty gross.

I've always wondered if those Nascar drivers do the same thing. 4 hours of non stop racing every Sunday and nobody has to take a leak?

I know it is a lot harder to need to pee when you are sweating a lot, which explains the damned Kicker, but Schlereth was a workhorse.

I believe many nascar drivers have actually admited that they simply pee while driving because there is no chance of stopping to go.

I've heard them admit it on radio shows and such.

That has to suck.

I've seen a ton of those drivers pour water on themselves before getting out of the car. I bet at least a few of them have done that to cover up the fact they pissed themselves.

Yeah it has to suck but I guess it's a hazzard, so to speak, of their chosen career.
