Running back Felix Jones was left without a carry last week as the Cowboys transitioned him to a new job as a kickoff returner. But he said he is glad to at least be healthy and contributing.
"It’s very exciting. Another way to contribute. Another way I feel I can change the game," he said Friday.
Jones understands his demotion, since DeMarco Murray averaged 150 yards in the four games he missed.
"It’s all about a friendly competition for us," Jones said. "It’s always been. I’m just working hard and trying to get back out there."
