Redskins' Davis, Williams face bans for failed drug tests

Washington Redskins offensive tackle Trent Williams and tight end Fred Davis face four-game suspensions for violating the league's substance abuse policy, according to a source with knowledge of the situation.


The NFL declined to comment on this matter.

Doesn't shock me. The NFL tries to protect the likes of Brady, Ray Lewis, Troy P, etc... but the Skins are the NFL's whipping boy.


If you're going to do it, do it now. But... no, they'll wait till next year, when the Skins are "some what" competitive.

Old news knew about this three weeks ago Fred Davis is on my fantasy team had to trade for a back up just in case the suspension went through. there is some dispute on when the test took place and when the lockout actually ended so it might not happen this year
