It's time for our weekly look at the Cowboys opponent, the New York Giants (http://espn.go.com/nfl/team/_/name/nyg/new-york-giants). Ohm Youngmisuk, who covers the Giants for ESPNNew York took good care of us this week on The Other Side. Here's a link (http://espn.go.com/blog/new-york/giants)to the Giants blog for all the info you need.
Q: Are the Giants playing with plenty of confidence right now, despite that loss to the Packers?
A: Yes, unbelievably, despite a four-game losing streak, the Giants have this aura around them that they have rebounded and turned things around. That is because they played so well against Green Bay, taking the Packers down to a last-second field goal to win the game. This team still has several issues on defense and with the running game but the Giants got some swagger back after playing the Packers so tough. The biggest thing for the Giants is their approach to the game. If they come with energy and all-out effort like they did at New England and against Green Bay, they can win the division. If not, Dallas will win the NFC East.
Q: Does Justin Tuck (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/8488/justin-tuck) still think Cowboys Stadium is a dump?
A: Tuck doesn't like the Cowboys, period. He doesn't like the star, doesn't like the "America's team" label. The two Giants who despise the Cowboys are Tuck and Jacobs. Those two probably love the fact that the division comes down to Cowboys-Giants.
