ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- It has been LSU's year in college football, and it was the Tigers' night at the 21st annual College Football Awards.

Members of the Tigers' secondary won two of the major awards presented Thursday night.

I really like Mathieu. I think he is going to be a big time playmaker in the NFL. I wish we could get him some how.

That is how I feel about Morris Claiborne but if he comes out I don't think we will be able to get him as he should go early

Yeah Claibourne was one of my hopefuls as well, but it seems like a lost cause. I was hoping some of the other CB candidates would stand out and he would get lost in the shuffle, but he elevated his game beyond his pupils this year.

Well we can dream but the likelihood of one of them dropping is slim.

me too but his size scares me. He better be really fast at that size.

He reminds me of the safety ahmad black that came from the florida gators i think last year. He was a playmaker especially in the 2011 outback bowl game. Black was physical and was everywhere that game.
