Every little bit helps, right.....

"Here's to hoping New York Giants (http://www.nfl.com/teams/newyorkgiants/profile?team=NYG) cornerback Antrel Rolle (http://www.nfl.com/players/antrelrolle/profile?id=ROL403288) doesn't have a Google Alert set up for the New York Daily News' sports section.

A day after Rolle publically vented his displeasure (http://www.nfl.com/goto?id=09000d5d8252cde8) with teammates who sat out practice this past week before suiting up for Sunday's loss (http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/2011121803/2011/REG15/redskins@giants) to the Washington Redskins (http://www.nfl.com/teams/washingtonredskins/profile?team=WAS), the Daily News reported (http://www.nydailynews.com/blogs/giants/2011/12/source-umenyioras-ankle-still-sore) that Giants defensive end Osi Umenyiora (http://www.nfl.com/players/osiumenyiora/profile?id=UME444955) likely will miss his fourth straight game this Saturday against the Jets because of a severely sprained ankle.
A source close to the situation told the Daily News that Umenyiora's ankle is "still real sore," and the defensive end is having a hard time pushing off the same leg.
Umenyiora suffered the injury in a loss to the Saints on Nov. 28 and has not practiced since that game. The Daily News reported Umenyiora was on the practice field last Thursday and briefly rode a stationary bike before being ruled out.
Umenyiora has battled injuries throughout the season. He missed the first three games of the season following knee surgery during the preseason."
