If I was just 6 inches taller, was solid muscle, and ran a 4.50 then I would be a LB in the NFL....but I'm not, so oh well.....

Think just maybe if Michael Vick had toughed it out and tried to play with broken ribs,much like Tony Romo did,that they might have had that one more victory they needed? That's gutless!

the funny thing is.....they got hot against a bunch of teams that may not even make the playoffs.

Dolphins, Jets, Cowboys, ...... ALL could be teams that are not post season bound. As it sits right now, none of them are in.

They were 1-4 against current teams that would be in the playoffs. So, big whoop for them. They over estimate themselves. Happy golfing.

that is a good point
in the end several of the eagles players (vick and jackson) are front runners which is why they fold when other teams punch them in the mouth

unfortunately, we fold before they do so it dosent matter when they play us

Merry Christmas, Philly Fans! Thanks for making a lot of teams happy by not having to face you in the playoffs, because you spit the bit again and fumbled away your Dream Season!

We'll be thinking about you if and when we mount our playoff run, even though you swept us. Thanks for all the choking!

Maybe so. But the Eagles weren't commenting on that. They were commenting on their team that I doubt scares anyone other than the Dallas defense and Jerry Jones.

And not for nothing or anything but Dallas has proven that they can in fact play with, and beat, the 49ers so I wouldn't say that they'll crush us.

Apparently, the Eagles didn't want to see themselves in the playoffs either because they kept shooting themselves in the foot early on with turnovers and overall poor play.

They have nobody to blame but themselves. They could have made the playoffs if they didn't make so many mistakes. But "big talk" about what you would have done had you made the playoffs is really pointless, and it probably doesn't make the Eagles' fanbase feel any better.
