IRVING -- Tony Romo practiced Friday despite a bruised right hand, and according to one of his top receiving options, the Cowboys quarterback was "accurate."

"He's good," Miles Austin said following Friday's practice. "I felt like he was alright."

Austin wouldn't go into detail in terms of the velocity that Romo was reaching, instead, he simply said, "I felt like his passes were pretty on par."

I didn't read the whole article, but what I got from the excerpts is Romo's hand is effecting velocity of his throws. I am officially worried about Romo's effectiveness in this game. he is the only hope we have to win this game.

Based on your comment I read the article... It didn't change my concern. Miles assertion that he is "alright" and "on par" doesn't necessarily inspire confidence that Romo is approaching being 100 percent for the game. I hope he is, but based on previous communication on injuries by the team, I remain skeptical.

He wasn't 100% versus the 49ers earlier this year.

I'll take par on this course.

It will be difficult to win this game if Romo is not 100%.

I could be wrong, but I remember that Romo injured his throwing hand a few years ago and it really affected his gameplay. Didn't he injure his finger in 2006 or 2008?

J think this team can win but we need an amazing performance by Romo.
