Tony Dungy, the Super Bowl-winning coach who will be on duty for NBC's Football Night in America studio show Sunday night, thinks he knows how the game will end. He just doesn't know which team will be headed to the playoffs and which team will be finished.
In a telephone conversation this week, Dungy said:
"You watch the Cowboys and some weeks you say this is one of the best eight teams in the league. And then the next week you say, 'Who are these guys?' But the same can be said about the Giants. I don't know how to handicap this game."
His key factors:
"Which defense best pressures the other quarterback? Both secondaries are banged up. I expect a ton of yards, like last game. The difference will be one team will likely have a key turnover, probably in the fourth quarter. I just don't know which it will be."
