Considering that the Cowboys finished 8-8 and missed the playoffs, it's a foregone conclusion that the team's management won't maintain the status quo.

But in case there were any doubts, owner Jerry Jones tried his best to erase them last night when WFAA caught up with him at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, where he was attending a private screening of the movie, "Albert Nobbs."

"We'll make some changes; I'll assure you we'll make changes," Jones said. "When you work for yourself, there's not but one thing to change -- that's what's in that mirror."

"I've had to make some pretty drastic changes in my time," Jones said. "The only thing that stays consistent is, I've had this quarterback for 50-something years," Jones said, referring to his wife. "That doesn't change."
