According to a source, Cowboys safeties coach Brett Maxie (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/6630/brett-maxie) will interview with the Tennessee Titans (http://espn.go.com/nfl/team/_/name/ten/tennessee-titans) to become the new secondary coach.
Marcus Robertson (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/175/marcus-robertson), who spent the last five seasons with the Titans, was released last week.
Maxie did not return a phone call seeking comment.
Maxie has spent the past four seasons on the Cowboys staff as a safeties coach.

Then we need to make sure Tennessee does not get that email. Call your congressmen. Get Maxie out of here.

I am fine with this. I do not like the man as a coach.

I would think the plan would be for Henderson to coach the entire secondary instead of splitting it into corners and safeties. I also think that's a good idea instead of segmenting a defensive backfield that needs to be on the same page on every snap.

Speaking for myself, I could care less. He hasn't exactly had a world of talent back there to work with, so I'm willing to give him another chance, but if someone else is available that the Cowboys trust will do a better job, then I'm all for it.

Very good observation.

I agree. With all the communication issues, on coach should handle both. It is a unit & should be coached as such.

I would expect that Henderson will be the secondary coach and Maxie will not be replaced.
