I'm going to go with the 49ers. I'm sure the field will be a mess, which probably hurts the Saints the most. Until they win a playoff road game, I'll pick against them. They look unstoppable, but I just have a feeling they won't make it out today.

the guy hit might have a concussion. He did the concussion pose after the hit. Dang the 49ers defense came to play. Even though the refs called that dumb inter. flag on the play with graham. There was contact both ways. Let the guys play. I bet we wouldn't have gotten that flag if that was witten or etc.

If the 9ers get a TD here, I think they will win.

The Saints defense is pretty bad and won't be able to stop the 9ers enough to give the offense a chance.

9ers get the ball after half time.

A TD here is going to put the 9ers in a HUGE, HUGE hole because their defense cannot get it done consistently enough.

Funny how well teams can bounce back and become not just contenders but a force when their GM isn't trading away their future or handicapping the cap by paying top dollar for JAGs.
The niners will be shoring up their already good team in next years draft because their quarterback has been discovered and we will be trying to rebuild a team that has supposedly been rebuilt a few years ago. Where are the scientist that made Steve Austin.... (some of you won't know who he was)

You guys can call Alex Smith a bust all you want, but he's about to cement his status as a solid NFL quarterback. The guy's no Romo. He doesn't have the arm Romo has, he's not as accurate, and he doesn't have big play ability. But he's been just as good at protecting the ball. Romo fumbled the ball 5 times and had a 10 pick season, that's SOLID. Smith on the other hand had the same amount of fumbles as Romo and half the interceptions. Granted, he didn't throw as many balls, he was also much more conservative (much less touchdowns, etc.) But I'm not trying to say he's anywhere near the QB Romo is, I think Romo's elite. I just think Alex Smith is solid and if he has a good team around him, he's as capable of getting the job done as the next person. Completed 61.3% of his passes this year, better than a 3:1 TD to INT ratio. He's good.
