Williams' best friend in the coaching business, Jeff Fisher, became the head coach of the Rams late last week.

While Williams hasn't signed a contract with the Rams yet, several national media outlets have reported that Williams is leaving New Orleans.

It remains unclear if the Saints made an attempt to re-sign Williams, who has been a coordinator for four different teams and a head coach with the Buffalo Bills.
