type with brackets youtube or youtubehd, example:

[ youtube ] videocode [/ youtube ]

(remove the spaces)

The video code is what comes after the v= and is several characters long usually.

You can also embed hd vids and start a vid at any point you want. The %% in the start command is seconds into the video if I remember correctly.

Take the spaces out of the above. I don't know how to put that into a text box so it won't try to pull the youtube vid.
