Ben Roethlisberger Resolves Legal Struggle Over Alleged Rape Of Andrea McNulty

A four-year legal ordeal is over for Ben Roethlisberger, as the Steelers’ quarterback has settled the civil lawsuit over his alleged 2008 rape of casino host Andrea McNulty.

Martha Bellisle of the Reno Gazette-Journal reports that the legal struggle has been resolved between the Super Bowl-winning quarterback and the former Harrah’s Lake Tahoe casino host, though neither side will say whether Roethlisberger paid McNulty any money in the settlement.

Don't kid yourself. If he's paying her off, it's only because there's enough evidence to hang him. Despite leading Steelers to 2 SB wins, bet Steeler organization told him to pay up. No NFL team will stand having the face of their organization give it the black eye his actions could cause.

Well if he's paying her off to make it go away that only confirms guilty in my mind.

Maybe it's just me, and it quite possibly could be, but if I'm innocent of something I'm not paying anyone anything like that to make it go away. We'll take it to court over and over if need be but I'm simply not doing anything like that.
