Who's gonna watch? I am gonna be paying more attention to interior linemen than I ever have in my life. :laugh2:

I'm actually really looking for a Brooks Reed type guy to pop up out of nowhere, as opposed to the big name guys as well.

I was very interested in Vinny Curry, but I hear they never put him through LB drills, he was strictly hands on the dirt, which is strange. Usually they give all these tweener guys opportunities to show multiple aspects to the scouts.

I'm watching those. Corners. Janoris Jenkins, bill Bentley has looked real good, boikins from Georgia. Had been watching every practice this week looking at courtney upshaw and Melvin Ingram but they haven't looked anything better than anthony spencer.

Ta'amu has impressed me a lot, along with Coples. Ta'amu incredibly agile for being that size. Questions about his motor but looked good so far.

Couples is having a great game. I think he will be a dominate 5 technique if he can get his head on straight.

Hmm...stopped watching about an hour ago...Didn't like what I saw from Ingram. I've been a big fan of his but just disappears at times.

Jenkins didnt have a very good game. Poor tackler and got lost in coverage at times.

Weeden with 9 passing attempts, no touchdowns and 2 interceptions. Ouch!

Gotta say, didn't really like many of the players at all. Mostly JAGs...

Coples isn't a 5 tech...he's a 43DE or a 34OLb...he'd be a waste as a 5tech

I think he can play a number of positions, not just limited to those 2. Lots of scouts think 5 Tech could be his best position in the pros. His ability as an interior rusher is what separates him.

To be fair, Jenkins wasnt allowed to play press coverage and that's a big part of his game.

From what I wathed even though he is small, Kellen Moore looked better then 3 yrs post nfl Mcgee. I'll take it.

Those must be the same scouts matt millen had when he was the lions gm.

Good decision making is tough to teach anyone. It is better if a player already has it ingrained in their makeup, like Moore does.

He needs to go to a west coast offense team, though, to be his best give his lack of a proto NFL arm.

You must be one of those fans that thinks 34 DEs are just supposed to stand there and take up blocks and not be a playmaker. Marcus Spears must be your ideal End.

Fairly boring game TBH.

The Cincy kid is intriguing as a potential 3rd down back but I doubt he can block a lick.

Coples looked really good and probably moves into the top 5. He consistently won right away and his size is perfect as a 4-3 DE.

Upshaw and Ingram didn't do much good or bad and just kinda played solid football. I think at least one of them will be there at 14 but the combine will tell the tale there. Both will be better off playing in an attacking scheme. They are explosive guys who need to move not read and react.

Was unimpressed with Bentley who had been a hot name all week at CB. He looked lost having to play off the ball. The rules suck for a CB. Giving a 10 yard cushion to every WR is insane since almost no NFL plays that way. All these guys looked like 2011 TNew.

The North team was moving their QBs out of the pocket which seems almost unfair in a game with zero blitzing and base cover 1 or 3 all that is allowed. Guys with undraftable grades by some scouts looked good today at QB because of the schemes. But int he pocket stuff seemed to do very little.

Kellen Moore does look like a player to me. He can't fit every scheme but he knows where the whole in the coverage is and gets the ball there before the WR gets there. He is like a very weak-armed Peyton Manning. With his weak arm he throws a very catchable ball(though amazingly WRs did drop it) and he leads the WR perfectly. But his size means late round look and probably from the Saints or Pats type offenses... i.e. spread em out and look for a mismatch or coverage hole.

Outside of Coples I didn't see anyone who screamed top 10 pick.
The biggest winners on Senior Bowl day may very well be the juniors.

All in all one of the more lackluster games. I did lots of rewinding but almost never due to any excitement. Very few real stand out plays by anyone. A couple decent looking WR plays were probably penalties at the NFL level for pushing off.

I thought he practiced OK, but he looked much better in the game.

I thought they had really good practices, but didn't do much to impress in the game. On the other hand, Curry had a solid week practicing and had a pretty good game. He was around the QB a decent amount. Also, the WR from Arkansas was solid other than the fumble.

Kellen Moore has smarts and accuracy.

His arm strength is terrible though and I don't know if he can consistently fit the ball in tight windows.
