a lot depends on what we did in FA

if we got starting OG, then Ingram over DeCastro
if we got a SOLB (like re-signinig Spencer) then DeCastro over Ingram

but in isolation:

1) trade down with Cinci (plenty of good options at 22 that are not that different than what we might have at 14, like Glenn, Poe, even Jenkins)
2) Melvin Ingram. if he is there and our scouts feel he will be elite, then no trade down, just take him
3) David DeCastro
