Whitney MercilusThat's all I'm going to divulge, especially with the mock draft coming up a week from tomorrow! Prior to Barron's injury, I had him at 22.
This isn't what I think the Cowboys board would be, just a general board based on ability.
Thoughts?

Looks pretty good. I like Mercilus a lot more than you do though.

Is this based on where you think they will go or just the most talented/guys who will be best in the NFL?

Michael brockers is way too high. I've heard multiple scouts say fletcher cox is a far superior prospect

I don't like mercilus either. No elite rushing moves. Lot of his sacks were coverage sacks that he got credit for. Not impressive on tape. Will not be elite pass rusher in nfl

Wondering why you prefer Upshaw to Ingram?

Have you really watched tape on him? I highly doubt it and it's not meant to be a slam on you. I've watched the kid his entire career live in person (practice and games) and do I think he is the next D Ware or JPP? No I don't, but he is the next level of pass rushers. He will be a 10 sack a year guy IMO. The big thing is can he play OLB because he's never had to. Thats the only reason I wonder if Dallas will select him or not. Illinois played something similar to a 3-4 as we have a bandit who either rushes or drops into coverage (Michael Buchanan). My guess is he isn't very good in space or else that would have been his position. Pass rush is the last thing I'd worry about from Mercilus and he's a natural and striping the ball when he comes in for the sack.

Do not like what I see from ingram. He is a tweener and upshaw comes from playing pure linebacker in college.
