Thought I'd give this a try... (Are my draft selections reasonable? Or are there players that won't last as long as I hope? I guess I'm asking if it is reasonable?)

FREE AGENCY
OG Ben Grubbs (Prefer Nicks but will be too expensive)
NT Paul Soliai (Big NT allows Ratliff to slide to DE)
CB Stanford Routt (Good CB that could be really good)
OLB Cliff Avril (A guy who can get pressure. A guy who can switch to OLB)
QB Shaun Hill

DRAFT
OG David DeCastro, (Stanford)
CB Chase Minnifield, (Virginia)
OC Phillip Blake, (Baylor)
DE Derek Wolfe, (Cincinatti)
S Winston Guy Jr, (Kentucky)
OLB Shea McClellin, (Boise)
ILB James Michael-Johnson (Nevada)

I don't know anything about mocking drafts but I like it! :D

I wouldn't mind seeing a DE or outside LB drafted in the 2nd round with CB targeted in the 3rd.

very decent good draft, with some sleepers
only thing i question might could have done a better job with your 3rd rounder, guys like ben jones center or mike webster center should be there in 3rd and better overall pick in my mind than blake

i think these guys will go a few rounds earlier . Also dont see us signing Avril. He will be pricey not really our style. would love it though thanks

I like it but agree that those two will not last that long. If the draft turned out this way I would be a happy camper.

Take my word for it, this draft is really loaded and some players will go higher than others if some teams go for player needed instead of best player to be taken. Like one position is really loaded at wr, some top wrs could go later due to how deep position is and teams know they can get one later in draft. If you know what your doing and go by your scouts which you should always do.

Thats why you should always stick to your board. Just like when cowboys drafted dez, and gave away their 3rd rder, but reports were that cowboys could have still had dez staying at 27th, and get a player not only when they got sean lee, but be able to get bowman possibly too.

So, have your board rated and ready, with this cowboys could possibly get some real good players down to about 5th or 6th rd.

I've read through your mock, took the time to dwell on it and ruminate for awhile. Unfortunately, I've determined that your mock is unreasonable.

Good day sir.

I think the FA haul is incredibly optimistic.

The mock... slightly less so.

Switch your 3rd and 4th round picks , and it would not only be reasonable , but a very good mock . The free agents are unreasonable . I don't think that Dallas will make that big of a splash . Very good job though .

For his first try, I think it was a good decent draft, and a good try. A friend of mine on this board, romo to austin paged me awhile back for tips on mock drafts. Eventually he caught on, just takes time to learn how draft and mock draft works, what sites to trust for info etc... So, to me, a decent draft his first time. I remember my first mock draft way back about 8 or 9 years ago, and mine wasnt too hot the first time either.

I was just playin' CowboyJoe.

He actually has a bunch of good names on there that I'd like.

Not a bad draft at all, a few players dropping further then I would expect right now but it's early.

Thank you sir... I really like Wolfe and McClellin. Sounds like I may have to put McClellin up a little higher though from what people are saying. Maybe Wolfe in the 3rd and McClellin in the 4th? Ahhh.. this is hard...

It sounded to me like a lot of scouting reports feel James Michael Johnson is more of a project kind of player. Definitely question marks but potential. So I thought he may have a little chance to drop. I think Walter Football had him going between RD 4-6.

Good talent across the board, but unfortunately I think all 7 of those guys will go before the 6th round so something would have to give. As someone else said, if you switch the Blake and Wolfe picks your 1st 5 rounds are very good and pretty realistic as well. The 6th and 7th not so much, but that's ok. Good effort.

Good. Free agency is optimistic. I think Routt is very optimistic as I'm thinking he doesn't leave KC without a deal signed.
