Ranking first round QB's of the past 7 years

Just out of curiosity. If you had to rank a prospect like say a Luck and RG3 versus previous years QB's how far ahead or where would they fit?

I hear Kiper say Luck is the best prospect since Elway, etc. So I assume he'd be #1 on the list, but if you ranked these QBs, how would they look as prospects versus each other?

2005 – Alex Smith (San Francisco), Aaron Rodgers (Green Bay), Jason Campbell (Washington)
2006 – Matt Leinart (Arizona), Jay Cutler (Denver)
2007 – JaMarcus Russell (Oakland), Brady Quinn (Cleveland)
2008 – Matt Ryan (Atlanta), Joe Flacco (Baltimore)
2009 – Matt Stafford (Detroit), Mark Sanchez (N.Y. Jets), Josh Freeman (Tampa Bay)
2010- Sam Bradford(St.Louis), Tim Tebow(Denver)
2011 - Cam Newton(Panthers), Jake Locker(Tennessee), Blaine Gabbert(jax) Christian Ponder(Minnesota)
