Franchise Anthony Spencer (I know, I know)

Draft (Rounds 1-3)

Round 1a: OG David DeCastro, Stanford

Round 1b: Trade up and select CB Janoris Jenkins (Give 2nd and 4th rounders this year, 3rd rounder in 2013)

Round 3: OLB Jonathan Massaquoi, Troy

I think Jenkins will be available at 14. I think his character issues may cause him to slip even further.

I certainly would not give up any additional picks for what could be a disaster waiting to happen. He may turn out fine, or he may be Pacman II. Not worth betting the future on.
