Watching the Combine right now, Mayock just called out Andrew Luck and RGIII for not throwing, and called out Blackmon for not running.
Probably won't change their decisions, but it would be cool if it did.

Irvin has been calling all these guys out as well.

Positional drills should be the 1st thing players do and if you decline, you don't partake in anything.

Some of these guys decline so that it forces teams to go to their pro day. This in turn helps lesser known prospects get scouted by NFL teams. They let more obscure players get noticed at a pro day, that without the superstar, less teams would attend.

of course Mayock will call them out. he works for the network that covers it.
it is in NFL Networks best interest to have the high profile guys show up.

They'd still go to the Pro Day wouldn't they?
I mean, doubtful any team thinks either workout is more important than the other or that either workout is close to as important as the film they have.
