SEATTLE -- Marshawn Lynch (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/10456/marshawn-lynch) is staying put in Seattle.

The Seahawks' bulldozing, Skittles-loving running back has agreed to a multiyear deal to keep him in a Seattle uniform coming off the finest season of his NFL career.

The deal is for four years and $31 million, with $18 million guaranteed, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Good for him. He seems to like it there and they seem to like him there so I'm happy for both sides.

Not worth it.

You don't think? I know RBs don't last very long and have a diminished role in today's offense but I think it was a fair deal. Lynch is a beast. I do agree though that a RB who isn't as good but still serviceable could be had for much much cheaper.

He's had some of the best runs the past few years. Good for him.
