Part two of this week's chat with the National Football Post's Wes Bunting look at ''bonus'' players, who could be surprise picks for Dallas in the 2nd round.

Cowboys Nation: I'm trying to game Dallas' 2nd round pick at 45. I'm wondering if any players ranked in your 25 to 35 range drop a bit into the 35-45 range, where Dallas can think, ''we never thought we would have a chance at this guy?"

I'm going to throw some names at you at Cowboys positions of need and I'd like to rate the odds of that type of drop, 10-15 spots.
Let's begin with Mark Barron fall? I don't see him falling to 45, but could he fall to the beginning of the 2nd round, into that 33 to 35 range, where maybe Dallas would toy with a move up?

There are enough good players available at 45 that we would not need to move up. We need the picks we have and could find value with the pass rushers available in round two or three.

I'm sure Mark Barron is a good player, but would we be better served by taking a FS type like Harrison Smith at that point ? For the record, I'm hoping we find more secondary help at CB no later than round three and D-Line no later than round four.

I am really hoping Alshon Jeffery makes his way to us at #45.
