this is exactly what we need and its a shame this is what we need...a corner who can turn his head and swat down passes....over the past 2 years i've seen corners and safties run stride for stride with the receiver only to let the receiver catch the ball whereas it woulda been an easy swat down if you just paid attention

My biggest problem with Newman and Ball...Jenkins turns his head..so him and carr will ball

jay but in my mind our guys were either a half step slower (tnew and walker: age caught up) or just not that good: Ball, scandrick. So, yeah they often were not in a position to look for the ball and knock it down as they were beat. Bottom line is Carr is fast and talented and has GOOD ball skills. He's a VERY welcome addition. :star:

my biggest problem with jenkins is his heart, i along with many cowboys fans have seen him quit during games

if jenkins does not give up and plays with heart like he did last year (injuries and all) he could be a premier corner in this league
