The San Francisco 49ers reached agreement with former Giants running back Brandon Jacobs according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

While I really disliked Jacobs, I do think he brought a sort of swagger to that team. However, I also think that his running skills can be replaced easily enough via the Draft.

He only signed a 1 yr deal with SF, so I guess they aren't locked onto him long term either.

Some things are just destined you know? You always new that Peanut Butter was meant to go with Jelly. Spaghetti and Meatballs, shoes and handbags, you know, somethings just kinda go.

Jacobs and the 49ers were meant to be.

While I'm not happy that he signed with the 49er's...I'm more than happy he's gone from the Giants.

Never seen a guy talk so much trash to the Cowboys and never get it stuck back down his throat...like he should have.

Good. He'll get even less playing time there. They're not going to take the ball away from Gore much so he'll get to see the field even less.
