Just about everybody on both lists has been debated around here as a possibility. But I think Ingram is probably the most interesting. Looks like he could be there at 14. Boom or bust IMO.

Would be cool if Ingram fell to 14.
Other interesting guy is Reiff. I was not as impressed as others by him but he plays tackle and if he could hold down the right side for a decade they might think about it, particularly on a trade down.

I dont see Ingram as a boom or bust player,he is too athletic and motivated to excel.

I could see him busting pretty easily. Especially if he's drafted by a 4-3 team as a hand on the ground pass rusher, when he doesn't have the body or the skills for it. Almost all of his sacks at SC came from blitzing inside gaps as an inside linebacker, not getting around the corner on offensive tackles. He's Adalius Thomas, not JPP or DeMarcus Ware.

I still think Gilmore could go higher than people think. Imagine if he wore a Bama uniform all year.
And despite the age, I still like Weeden. I think a lot of teams (owners, GMs. and coaches) need a QB now and won't care so much about the age being a factor four or five years from now.
Ingram could easily bust because he has no set position, tweener size, and short arms. He might get you 12 sacks or be the next Vernon Gholston.

I disagree. They're remarkable similar from body type to their style of play.

Good observation

Barron or Cox in the 1st and Cordy Glenn in the 2nd would be epic.

In a 4-3 he plays some SDE and some quick DT.
His sacks came from playing a lot of DT.
That was because he was always doubled outside even with a top overall DE recruit, clowney, on the other side.
He isn't JPP but he is very much like Justin Tuck IMHO.
Quality pass rusher you can use in a number of ways.
Has a more versatile overall game than anyone in this draft IMHO.
Hands team, personal protector on punt team, DT, ILB, DE....
Is that better than a Cox or DeCastro who do just one thing but very well? Not sure. But a team will be very happy with Ingram to be sure.

The word just a few days ago was that Glenn was rising and possibly could go higher than DeCastro because of his ability to play OT. Now he's sliding and a possibility in the 2nd round?????

This. IF Ingram falls--and I don't see it happening--I'd rather see him on this defense than Mark Barron...and I like Barron a lot. However, I don't see him getting out of the top 10.

James Harrison, maybe?
I don't think he has the explosive first step off the edge that Harrison does, but this is a comparison I've seen in several places. Ingram is bigger, however, and should hold up better against the run.
