There's really no such thing as a nightmare scenario at pick 14.

Those scenarios are more likely to play out up at the top of the draft.

But at 14 we'll certainly find a player we want who fills a need. Will it be an ideal selection like Smith was in 2011? Chances are it won't.

OMT Trade down options are always availible. It just comes down to perhaps excepting a little less than market value if there are few takers out there.

So if at pick 14, all the guys you really wanted are gone and the next best 5-6 players on your board are guys you don't want to select for one reason or another.........you take a trade down for a little less than market value.
