I know it's not much, but $10 is $10. If you call to complain about not getting Nickelodeon, MTV, and Comedy Central then they will credit your account $5 for each of the next 2 billing cycles.

I called today and was not put on hold. When the voice prompts start, just say, "I want to talk to a real person" and you get connected immediately. Seriously, some of you are just too dang jaded to take a gift.
