Outside linebacker Alex Albright got back to practicing this week, his shoulder fully healthy.
And he felt the difference.
“I’m doing well. No pain, no problems,” he said. “That was kind of the reason they held me out, just to make sure everything is good, and it is.”
Albright said the three days of pre-camp work helped.
“The first practice was a little different,” he said. “Not really used to things because I missed OTAs and everything. Took the wind out of me. But got back into it quickly, and I’m ready to go.”
