So far team Aguilera all start to sound the same she has very little diversity in her group. I also think she is the worse coach of the group.

That is what i see where Adam, Blake and Celo have a mixture of different sounding voices

that's why i think that no artist from team xtina is going to win this season. no diversity & her coaching is questionable. as for the guys, at least their teams have lots of artists who sing different styles of music, which i like.

AI is a whole different animal. AI is more like a production rather than focusing solely on singing. Seacrest is goofy and corny but he doesn't bother me. I can see why he does bother others though. Carson is like an extra, in the background mostly. Seacrest is front and center all of the time and is arguably they centerpiece to that show, especially since Simon left.

Season 1 was good enough to engage my interest, but the vocalists in that season wouldn't even get to the Battle Rounds this season. Well maybe the winner, but that's really about it.

Season 2 was really good, but I didn't like as many artists as I do this season. Each team has alot of talent on it and it hurts every time one of them gets cut.

Ok the shocker of the night when Celo picked Avery vs CodyI thought Avery was going to win in a landslide but Cody outperformed Avery :eek:. I was shocked and had to agree with Celo Cody won that one. Still stunned on that one.

I also was wondering why Celo kept Diego over Catlin I thought Catlin was better not that Diego was bad.

On Adams team I preferred Joe over Bryan but that may be a taste thing. Also Loren surprised the crap out of me she took a big leap forward tonight.

I tend to avoid this thread until I'm caught up. And I FINALLY caught up on all the episodes, including the results show tonight.

The names blur after awhile, but there were a couple that didn't get picked in the votes that I was surprised by. Partially because their live performance wasn't all that great.

I think overall that Blake and Adam had the stronger teams with Cee-lo behind them. Cee-lo having Trevin on his team is what balances out some of the artists he picked.

I won't talk the Results show until more people have posted. But there were some shockers to say the least.

I had Liz as the third but Michaela step up her game I did not see that coming. How Pope would as the second highest vote getter beats me . Well there we go Team Xtina is now down to one. How is the all Pop singers working out for you Xtina ? Oh yea it is not because um they um sound the same.

I was glad to see Cody kept over Bryan. I thought it would be Cody and Sylvia gone.

I was never a Bryan Keith fan yes I am bias against him. I just did not like his voice.

Next week going to suck because now people I like are going to get booted off.

What is up with Cody he is the cat with 9 lives every time I think the dude is dead he lives.

I knew when it was the last 4 that Trevin and Amanda would be the ones saved.

I think Cody is the weakest singer of the group but has great stage presence and personality. He seems more like a guy you want to go see live over buying an album. I have enjoyed his personality and how he works the crowd and stage during his performances.

Cassadee has been all over the board. I thought she was near the bottom last week and this week i though she was one of the top 8 yesterday with her performance.

My wife has started watching the life shows with me her favorite last night was Saint Nick. I love Nick dude can sing.

Well there we go Team Xtina is now down to one. How is the all Pop singers working out for you Xtina ? Oh yea it is not because um they um sound the same.

I was glad to see Cody kept over Bryan. I thought it would be Cody and Sylvia gone.

I was never a Bryan Keith fan yes I am bias against him. I just did not like his voice.

Next week going to suck because now people I like are going to get booted off.

What is up with Cody he is the cat with 9 lives every time I think the dude is dead he lives.

I knew when it was the last 4 that Trevin and Amanda would be the ones saved.

Next few Weeks is going to be tough for me my 5 favorites are Melaine, Amanda, Trevin, Terry and Nick.

I think Cody is the weakest singer of the group but has great stage presence and personality. He seems more like a guy you want to go see live over buying an album. I have enjoyed his personality and how he works the crowd and stage during his performances.

Dez is while a pretty boy that can sing do not hate him or anything

Cassadee has been all over the board. I thought she was near the bottom last week and this week i though she was one of the top 8 yesterday with her performance.

My wife has started watching the life shows with me her favorite last night was Saint Nick. I love Nick dude can sing.

Ok Terry Killed it tonight he had the best two performances in my eyes

I thought Pope was mediocre tonight but the fans seem to like her a lot. She was better last week.

I'm a huge Trevin fan, but I think people are wanting more from him. He's beginning to be a one-note kinda guy. He's a guy who needs to show he can be versatile.

I'd like to hear Terry sing a song from this millenium.. Nothing against classic 80s, but if he's going to be more than a wedding singer, he needs to show he can sing music of today.

I like Nick, but I have the same thoughts about him as I do Terry. Good vocalist, need to sing something from today.

I kind of agree and disagree. Trevin is the same song and dance every week. If I wanted to hear a powerful song from a female, I will listen to them, not Trevin.

Terry is not in the same competition as Nick IMO. Nick is different and a lot of people like his blues type of deep voice, me included.

I like Terry, but he is stuck in the late '70's and early '80's. No chance he wins this but he is a great singer. I don't see how the younger generation has left him in so long.

Melanie is great, I like the dark singing from her, much like Norah. If she survives tonight, she needs to pick it up though and have her 'moment'.

What?! It's one thing to not be a fan but to say he didn't do so hot is a little off base if you ask me. He killed "And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going" and "Walking On Sunshine" was a horrible song choice from Cee Lo but he still did a good job. Did you not see the reaction from all of the mentors/judges after he sang the Jennifer Hudson song? He's got an amazing voice and he's only 18 and will only get better. I don't think he'll win even though I think he should but basing it on raw talent he's without a doubt in the top 2-3.

I thought Cassidy's performance was her best so far. Nicholas was very good, and the emotional tone of the performance was obvious. Not Terry's best IMO, but he was still nearly flawless.

Trevin was good I liked Amanda better it is about preference and I liked Terry alot. What happen with Pope is she connects to a wider audience it is the way it goes.
