Would you be happy if the mock on ESPN came to be truth?

It wont.

M. Williams will never fall that far.

Id piss myself, but it wont happen. Im not a MW fan, but getting him at 20 should be a federal offense.

i like it alot. i mean the ideal scenario for me. however did you see how they spent like 2 seconds on the cowboys portion and besides kiper everyone spend 10 min. bashing bmw. espn go figure.

I would be ecstatic. Those would be 2 great value picks, and then we go defense in the 2nd. If Williams is there at #20, it's a no brainer. The chances of that happening  I don't think so.

MW at 20 is ridiculous - unreal.

Typical nonsense at ESPN.

I had Williams going to the Vikes at #18 in my mock, but that was with a RB going to them at #7 and not Williamson.

If the team's in late teens are looking for defensive players, I could see it happening. Late teens is probably his vaue, so #20 isn't a huge drop.

Things happen. Steven Jackson was projected for a long time to go to the Lions at #6 and he fell to what #24 or #25. Its a LONG STRETCH, but if it happens, I'd be thrilled. Yet the ESPN mock was pretty bad. There were too many good players falling.

Typical nonsense at ESPN.

And listening to Merrill Hodge hate makes it that much worse.

Does anyone have any new respect for Kiper? He was about the only sane one there.

He left Hodge speechless and it was priceless.

I'm one of the few non-Kiper haters.

It depends on where he goes. If he goes Top 5, like Kiper says, I have a lot of respect for him.

If Goose is right, and we're looking at Deuce McAllister Part II, Kiper has proven himself to no better than any average fan on an internet bulletin board. And why would I ever pay premium prices for his draft guide when he's proven to be just someone who talk out of his arse and has no real insights into where players are truly rated? I can offer that same service for half the price to anyone who is interested.

I think Mel did a great job today. But another poster just noted, there's a huge diffrence between where Mel has Mike going and Goose. I'd side with Mel and say he is the BPA in this years draft...and guess what, we are gonna find out in less than 2 days if I'm right!

The main thing I didn't like about ESPN's mock was that Philly ended up with Matt Jones. Why do I have this bad feeling that if he ended up there...he'd turn into a superstar. It's enough to make me nauseous.

I don't get why Hodge said he had trouble in college(M.W.) and it will continue in the pro's.
What trouble in the college game did he have.He dominated.

He believes (his own insight) that Mike Williams is the best player in the draft and has Hall of Fame potential. He has him projected to be taken by the Vikings, but he doesn't even guarantee that, no one can.
